U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont issued the following announcement.
This Order vacates General Order No. 107 issued on March 16, 2022.
In accordance with recommendations issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the updated guidance released by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force on February 28, 2022, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following COVID-19 restrictions and masking requirements based on the CDC’s COVID-19 Community Levels will apply to all District of Vermont courthouses as follows
