**For children in 6th through 8th grade who identify as girls, nonbinary, genderqueer, and/or trans.** 

Learn by doing as we explore what it means to live on and with the land in the winter wonderland of the Nulhegan Basin!  Our experience will be tailored to the interests of participants.  Activities could include: tool crafting, weaving, dream pillow making, animal tracking, fire by friction, snowshoeing or skiing in the woods, cooking on the wood stove or fire, and star gazing. This two-night retreat will have us exploring the snowy wonderland by day, and relaxing fireside in a warm and cozy winter cabin by night. Led by NBNC Teacher-Naturalist Victoria Lee and VHCB AmeriCorps Naturalist Educator Annie Jackson. Price includes all food, lodging, transportation, and snowshoes.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot guarantee refunds if cancellations occur within two weeks of this program. If your space can be filled from our waitlist, we will provide you a refund minus a small processing fee.

Number of VA loans issued in Vermont decreased by 10.5% from Q4 2023 to Q4 2024

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) issued 102 home loans in Vermont, totaling $37.3 million, during the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2024, according to figures provided by the Veterans Affairs Home Loans Index.
