Wake up, warm up and stretch out. Ideal for people new to yoga, and for those who just want to enjoy a mellow practice in a safe, relaxed, and supportive environment.
Alexandra is an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) who has been teaching aerial yoga in the trees and mat yoga here and there for years. Her favorite thing is coming up with ways to make people say, “Ahhhhhh!”
