Last Monday, May 15, 2023, was a day to reflect and salute the lives and work of all law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice—in service to their communities and to this nation. Society and, quite frankly, democracy depend on the brave men and women who took the oath and answered the call to become law enforcement officers.

We ask that you take a moment and, in your way, think about those peace officers who died while doing their job to make their corner of the world a little safer, a little brighter, and a little more compassionate. And keep their families and colleagues in your hearts as well.
