Yoga Nidra is the most epic, restful nap that you never slept through! What? It is technically not quite sleep and not quite meditation. It is a powerful form of relaxation that can allow us to tap into our subconscious mind and make shifts in our lives. Join Jasmine for a 90-minute introduction to Yoga Nidra. We will go over what it is and how it works. At the end of the workshop, you will all get the opportunity to experience the magic of this practice. This class involves lying on the floor; please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable lying down, perhaps a blanket, pillow, bolster, and/or an eye pillow (bonus points for that one).

Feel free to contact Jasmine with any questions: Sachau.J@gmail.com or (928) 351-4145
