U.S. attorney’s office charges noncitizen from India with false statement to firearms licensee
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont has charged Harkamal Singh of Ludhiana, India, with making a false statement to a federal firearms licensee during an attempted gun purchase.
